The retail spaces are located in the heart of the city's commercial area, in Corso Europa 12, next to Piazza San Babila, to Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and Via Durini. The area has a consolidated presence of management, commercial and hospitality activities and is served by the M1 and M4 metro lines and various surface lines.

The commercial activities present around Corso Europa are mainly dedicated to fashion and accessories towards Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, furniture and design objects towards Via Durini, catering and hospitality towards Largo Augusto and Largo Corsia dei Servi.
